To qualify for a property tax loan you must meet certain requirements:
- You must be able to afford the minimum loan payment amount. We’ll customize the loan to make it as affordable as possible for you.
- You must own property in Texas which has delinquent taxes due of at least $3,500.
- You must be 18 or older.
An important note:
If the property is your homestead, anyone that is over 65 or receiving Social Security disability benefits should not get a tax loan. Instead they should take advantage of the tax deferral program offered by their county- simply call up your county to find out about this program.
We will make a property tax loan to:
- Companies (LLCs, LPs, LLPs, S Corps, C Corps, etc.)
- Multiple owners
- Children that have inherited property from parent(s)
If you think you qualify for a property tax loan, but are worried about your credit:
You should know that bad credit won’t prevent you from qualifying for a property tax loan. We don’t perform credit checks. Most Rio Grande Valley property owners who meet the above requirements will qualify. Call us now toll-free at 956-467-1317
